We are here to help you

We meet with individuals, seniors, premarital, couples, youth, children, lay leaders, and pastors. We do discipleship-based counseling. We address depression, anger, self-harm, shame, self-loathing, renewed self-talk, confusion, defeat, addiction, anxiety, abuse, hopelessness, marital or relational issues, confusion, spiritual warfare, etc.

We present Christ. Period. Overcoming power comes as we entrust our lives to Him and trust Him as our source of wisdom and peace. Every child of God can experience freedom from bad habits, flesh patterns, sin, fear, shame, guilt, emotional wounds, relational struggles, weariness, the past, confusion, and doubt. These things can become filters for the way we see God and ourselves. The promises of God are trustworthy and powerful. They are for today. They are for you, no matter where you are in life.

For freedom from lies, fear, and shame, Christ set you free. ~Galatians 5:1

Let your light shine!

When you’ve experienced victory through reliance on Christ, you will want to share God’s love with everyone. Life Center trains and equips you to share the same lasting healing, victory, and freedom with others.

Some of the reasons believers do not share more are that they fear not having answers and do not feel adequate. We come alongside you to overcome obstacles by training you for the work of ministry. Whether in an official capacity or over coffee with friends, we can equip you to build up others in Christ.

Life Center, a non-profit 501(3)(c), has been ministering Christ’s life in the community since 1980.

God wanted everyone...to know this rich and glorious secret inside and out...The mystery in a nutshell is this: Christ is in you, so therefore you can look forward to sharing in God's glory. It's that simple. That is the substance of our message. We preach Christ...We teach in a spirit of profound common sense so that we can bring each person to maturity. To be mature is to be basic,
Christ! No more, no less.

— COLOSSIANS 1:27–28
  • Facilitate healing, freedom, and victory by showing people how Christ is life.

“For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. I was with you in weakness and in fear and in much trembling, and my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, so that your faith would not rest on the wisdom of men but on the power of God.” — 1 Corinthians 2:2–5

  • Train the church body to share healing, freedom, and victory with others.

“God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. We proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ.” — Colossians 1:27–28

  •  Equip leaders and churches with affordable, time-saving tools and resources for the work of ministry.

“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, because the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners.” –Isaiah 61:1

The Lord Jesus Christ
We believe that God, the Son, who always existed, became a man (without diminishing His deity) by virgin birth through Mary. He lived a sinless life and, as the infinite God-Man, took upon Himself the sins of all men, died in their place, and satisfied God concerning their sins. We further believe in the literal, physical resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. He was then ascended and exalted to the right hand of God as the Great High Priest of all believers.

We believe God created man in the image and likeness of God.  In Adam’s sin, mankind fell, inherited a sinful nature, and became alienated from God. Man is born depraved and, of himself, he is utterly unable to remedy his lost condition. Apart from faith in Jesus Christ (salvation), each person remains in Adam.

Eternal Security
Our belief is that all who have come to the reliance upon the work of Christ for their salvation will never lose this relationship.

Each believer partaking of eternal life (Christ’s life) was united with Christ and thus was spiritually crucified, buried, raised, and enthroned with Christ. The old man died then. The results of co-crucifixion must become an experiential reality to each believer as he chooses to walk in the Spirit and not after the flesh if he is to walk in victory. Sanctification, then, is Christ living His life out through the believer. We are not teaching passivity, sinless perfection, or the deification of man.

Verbal Inspiration of the Bible
We believe the Holy Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments, to be verbally inspired by God in the original manuscripts, infallible, inerrant, and God-breathed, a perfect rule of faith and practice.

The Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is a Divine Person who convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He is the Supernatural Agent in regeneration, baptizing all believers into the body of Christ, indwelling and sealing them unto the day of redemption. His present ministry to believers also includes empowering, teaching, and leading into all truth.

The Trinity
We believe in one Triune God, eternally existing in three persons–Father, Son, and Holy Spirit co-eternal in being, co-identical in nature, co-equal in power and glory, and having the same attributes and perfections. (1 Peter 1:2; 1 John 5:7).

We believe that salvation is the gift of God to man by grace through faith (apart from any works).  Salvation is received only by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who shed His blood for the forgiveness of sins. Upon receiving salvation, the person receives eternal life and becomes a partaker of Christ’s life. At the moment of faith, Christ indwells that person, and that person is in Christ. He becomes a new creation and obtains a new identity as a child of God.

Devil and Demons
We believe that Satan is a fallen angel who is aided by a host of evil spirit beings called demons. Their design is to destroy believers, their homes and their churches blinding the lost to the gospel. Every believer is subject to their attack but may be made victorious through Jesus Christ.
