Philippians 1:21 – For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.
Most believers know and can describe their identity in Christ. Knowing your identity is just the first step. What, quite often, is lacking is living from our identification with Christ. Identification is a different word that is very powerful. Identification is not just knowing who I am, but living from my life hid in Christ. You can know your identity but continue to live from positive self-effort and self-reliance—the natural life. But when you start to yield the self-life and take up Christ’s life as your own, you will move from having resurrection life to walking in resurrection power—supernatural life.
Now that’s a good trade!
