Time is of the essence, but time is also limited. We can save you time and money in these three areas. Our mission is to help the church fulfill its vision.
Sessions:
It is possible for people to know the truth but still not know what is preventing lasting healing and freedom. Our caring staff can help your members locate what is preventing their breakthrough so that they can experience lasting healing, freedom, and victory.

Conferences:
Conferences are a great way to refresh and teach how Christ is the foundation of all healing, freedom, and victory. Our interactive conferences kick-start conversation, builds relationships, and excitement about what Christ has done. Conferences can also be a great outreach tool or means to bless your own members. We do all the work. You provide the place.

Training:
One of the reasons people do not volunteer more is that they feel inadequate. They are unsure how to share and what to share. Intentional training will increase the number of people who can efficiently share the gospel inside and outside the church. As people grow in sowing, new leaders rise from the ranks.

After 25 years in church leadership, leadership training, and meeting with hundreds of believers, leaders, and pastors, these are the most cited reasons people do not share their faith more in church or in their communities.
Members believe it is the church’s job to reach the neighborhoods.
As members see themselves as “the church” and are equipped to be “the church,” they are more likely to share Christ in their neighborhoods.
Members believe the lie that they must have it all together to serve.
To share the life of Christ, you only need reliance on Christ and basic skills and methods. Ordinary believers in the church in the books of Acts turned the world upside down and so can your church.
Members do not feel adequate to share their faith or address hard topics.
Christ is our adequacy. When trained to respond to the hard topics, they are no longer hard topics. They are the opportunities to show others why and how they need Christ too.
Many believe that people need a psychiatrist for anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicide, etc.
Some do, but most need to see HOW Christ is the answer and the power to LASTING healing, freedom, and healing.
Members do not know HOW to share what they know.
Wait until you see what happens when they do!
Some members have not experienced lasting healing, freedom, and victory yet.

Biblically illiterate generation.
America is a post-Christian culture that is looking for answers to overwhelming emotional and relational needs. They are not interested in Christianity. They are interested in real and relevant answers to their problems. Responding to their need is our opportunity to show others WHY and HOW Christ is the source of lasting joy and peace.
Choice is the new word for sin.
People do not know that sin is the source of anxiety, fear, depression, anger, and confusion. Training our people to explain the high cost of sin on our souls and relationships helps people understand that God’s commands are for their wellness, not for God’s approval.
Lack of methods and resources to address overwhelming emotional and relational needs with Christ-centered, relevant solutions.
When problems are complex, we need two things: 1) easy to present Christ-centered solutions and 2) proven quality control resources and adaptable tools so that leaders and members can be missional.
Lack of time or financial resources.
You are right, none of us have the time or money to spend hours and years creating, developing, and perfecting training classes, content, and resources to equip our people. For over 40 years, we have developed and streamlined proven training courses and resources to equip the body to minister to their each other and their neighbors. Join several other churches that have equipped their leaders and members through our Advanced Ministry Training class.
